Our team’s guiding principle is to support owners and their pets lovingly, respectfully and with dignity.

RESPECT

We treat the things we love with care and with respect. We love animals and can understand what each pet meant to its owner. So we will always handle deceased pets with the utmost respect and great care. This also includes our guarantee that you will only receive the ashes of your own pet. To ensure this occurs, our Pet Crematorium has an excellent quality assurance system.

A lot of our work is done by hand. The urns and containers that owners choose are carefully packed and labelled.

LOVING

Animals are so loving. Their love accompanies us through life and makes our lives richer. This is why we treat both mourning pet owners and their animals lovingly and offer them our support on this difficult path. Loving, friendly and understanding interactions with our customers are important to us.

Many of our urns are lovingly handcrafted. We also support charitable foundations that give our products a special character.

DIGNITY

Dignity is an abstract, elusive and, simultaneously, such a meaningful term. We are frequently asked to treat the deceased pet with dignity. Of course, we will always do this. We treat the animal as if it were still alive, in order for it to be accompanied by dignity beyond death.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most important questions and information at a glance.

Saying goodbye to your pet with dignity is just as important to us as sensitive grief counselling. We are by your side at this difficult time, comforting you and giving you time to say goodbye to your beloved pet in peace and dignity. Our focus is on your personal needs and wishes. Drawing on our years of experience, we can work with you to put together individual solutions. We respectfully accompany you as you say goodbye and aim to make your parting easier, with compassion and understanding. We are only a phone call away 365 days a year and can take your pet on weekends and public holidays. Our trained and sensitive staff members will make time for you and provide valuable support.

We offer two options to cremate your pet with dignity. If you would like your pet’s ashes back, choose individual cremation. We will be happy to help you find the right urn for your pet. We have a large selection of beautiful, high-quality urns. You will find urns made of various materials, with a variety of surfaces and colours. As well as the urns on our website, we have a selection of individually designed wooden and natural stone urns available to view in Pet Crematoriums in Seon and Dübendorf. We also offer special ways to remember your pet, such as jewellery urns or a diamond made from your pet’s ashes.

If you want to have your pet’s ashes buried in the collective grave in Seon, choose collective cremation. Our lovingly designed collective grave is visited by many pet owners. Small objects such as flowers, candles, and pictures can also be placed here.

If your pet comes to us for individual cremation, a distinctive IDchip will be attached when your pet is accepted. So you can be sure that you receive your pet’s ashes. The IDchip is made of metal and is engraved with a number that is assigned to your cremation order. The IDchip stays with your pet throughout the cremation process and the numbers on the chip and the order are checked repeatedly. At the end of the process, the IDchip and your pet’s ashes are placed in the urn of your choice. This means that identification is guaranteed from start to finish.

How your pet comes to us – you decide in line with your own needs and wishes. You can bring your pet to us yourself or have your pet collected from your home or the veterinary practice by staff members from the Pet Crematorium. We will be happy to help you organise everything and provide the most suitable service for you.
